This window of software installation choices will appear when you insert the GTX CD into a CD player.

Should the CD fail to autorun and display this window of program choices, you may start a GTXRaster CAD Series 8.01 installation by running the [GTX CD]:\RcadV80\setup.exe program. For a full installation preview read the GTXRaster CAD V8.0 Installation & Training Guide in Adobe Acrobat format.
The GTXRaster CAD Series 8.01 is typically installed to an AutoCAD 2004 user's PC. Once installed, the GTX icon will run AutoCAD using a GTX profile for AutoCAD. The GTX profile is created automatically by the GTXRaster CAD Series 8.01 installation. This profile is responsible for loading the GTX program and it's menus.
A purchased GTXRaster CAD Series 8.01 program, installed as a Licensed version will search for a license when the GTX program is started within AutoCAD. The license is provided to the GTX program by a HASP hardware key, which is a device connected to a local machine's parallel port or USB port. Alternately, a floating license, multiuser, HASP hardware key may be connected to a port on some PC within a local or wide area network which is accessible to the GTX program user. The floating license will be applied, without user intervention, by starting the GTXRaster CAD Series 8.01 program.
A HASP hardware lock is installed seperately from the GTX program. The installation sequence is not important. The multi-user version depends upon a license manager program, installed on the PC which is connected to the hardware lock. The single user version requires the local installation of a Windows device driver which allows the single user HASP lock to act as a Windows device.
