Removal and Repair: GTXRaster CAD Series V7 for AutoCAD 2002
Program Removal
Two methods of GTXRaster CAD Series 2002 uninstallation include,
usage of the Microsoft Windows Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs
on the local machine, or running the Setup.exe program, from the GTX
CD, which was originally used to install the GTX program. Either method
will result in the following displays. Selection of the Uninstall
choice will initiate the uninstallation process.

Installation Repair
The GTXRaster CAD Series 2002 program, once installed on a local
machine, will present a GTX desktop icon and a GTX Program Group which
is named for the program level chosen during the installation process.
These will appear similar to the following:

These visible links to the program's starting icon and other
optional programs will only appear on the desktop of the user who was
logged in to the local machine during the original GTX installation.
Other users on the local machine must perform the Update Registry step,
shown in the above Installation Options window.
Typically, a System Administrator installs the GTX program and the
GTX elements appear on the Administrator's desktop. The GTX icon and
Program Group are not present in a non-administrative users desktop.
The non-administrative user must run the [GTX CD]:\RCADV70\Setup.exe to
initiate the Installation Options window, where the Update Registry
function, when completed, will provide the Windows desktop elements for
GTX, and the required Windows registration of the GTXRaster CAD Series 2002 profile for AutoCAD 2002.
If a local machine user's GTXRaster CAD Series 2002 profile ever
becomes corrupted, the Update Registry process may be repeated to
quickly repair the corruption.
