GTX Software Maintenance Program (US & Canada Only) - May 2009
GTX Corporation offers a complete software maintenance program!
The program is available in two levels of service:
BASIC and PLATINUM
The BASIC level is comprised of only a $50.00 per call charge for technical support on products outside of the 90-day warranty and a $99.00 per seat charge for updates. Technical Support is available to the customer via phone, fax, web, and E-mail, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (MST). GTX provides a toll-free number, 800-879-8284, for this service.
The customer needs to provide their serial number or HASP ID number to verify software licensing and a completed technical support form including authorized credit card information. Please note technical support does not include product training on software. Product training is available through your Authorized Distributor or Dealer.
The PLATINUM level provides unlimited technical support, product enhancements, product upgrades, and full replacement on any defective hardware lock—including shipping and handling ($99.00 value) for the term of the maintenance contract. Customer is required to provide their serial number or HASP ID number for license verification. Pricing for an annual agreement is as follows:
GTXRaster CAD, GTXImage Edit (no upgrades included) and GTXScanClean for Engineering (no upgrades included) - $295 per copy
GTX R2V and GTXImage CAD V11.5 – $395.00 per copy
GTXRaster CAD PLUS and GTXImage CAD PLUS - $595.00 per copy
