Introduction
FLEXnet® Licensing allows GTXRaster CAD Series
V10.1 licenses
to be available anywhere on a network. A computer on the
network
must be chosen to host a License Server
System which provides
licenses to client computers running the GTXRaster CAD Series V10.1
FLEXnet enabled application. Since AutoCAD® 2007
is also a
FLEXnet enabled application, with an established License Server System,
the choice could be made to incorporate GTX licence
management
on the same machine which supports the AutoCAD License Server System.
IMPORTANT: GTX supplies active, authorized, distributable
licenses in the
form of a file named GTXNET.LIC. The choice of a licensing host computer
must be made before applying to GTX for an
authorized license file.
Through encrypted information contained in the file, the GTXNET.LIC
identifies the License Server host machine as the only machine capable
of serving GTX license distribution.
