How to keep AutoCAD® MAP3D from continually prompting to detach image

Issue: AutoCAD® MAP3D prompts to detach image while editing image with GTX RasterCAD Series product.
Solution: Set the "Image Detach Preferences" to "Never Detach" on the Raster Extension Options -> General Tab -> Image Detach Preferences dialog box.
Note: This only applies to AutoCAD® MAP3D and does not apply to AutoCAD.

Command line: MAPIOPTIONS
Ribbon: In the Tool-based Ribbon Workspace, click Insert tab -> Image panel -> angle-arrow.
Menu: Setup menu -> Raster Options
