GTX Corporation Announces GTXRaster CAD® Series Version 9.0 for AutoCAD® 2006!
Scottsdale, Arizona – November 14, 2005 GTX® Corporation, the leader in providing Intelligent Paper to CAD Solutions® - announced the new release of its popular GTXRaster CAD® Series for AutoCAD® 2006. The new GTXRaster CAD Series, Version 9.0 products includes performance improvements and full compatibility to run in the new AutoCAD 2006 environment. More significant, GTXRaster CAD Series, Version 9.0 permits reduction and separation for scanned color/grayscale drawings, maps, and other color digital images. Using GTXRaster CAD Series, Version 9.0 makes it possible to reduce color or grayscale files from a range up to 16 million colors down to a range between 256 and 4 colors, or even bitonal (black and white) images.

The GTXRaster CAD Series, Version 9.0 includes four product modules—GTXRaster Tools™, GTXRaster CAD®, GTXRaster R2V™, and GTXRaster CAD® PLUS. The GTXRaster CAD Series provides image enhancement and clean up tools as well as raster and hybrid editing, Raster-to-Vector conversion and Intelligent Character Recognition, and is available as a plug-in for all AutoCAD releases since R13.
