GTX CORPORATION ANNOUNCES 20TH ANNIVERSARY

Scottsdale, Arizona – March 30, 2004 GTX® Corporation, the leader in providing Intelligent Paper to CAD Solutions® in raster editing and conversion software and intelligent digital imaging solutions, announces its twentieth anniversary this year. GTX is a privately-held corporation, with headquarters located at 15333 North Pima Road, Suite 105, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260. To support its global network of partners, distributors and resellers, it also has offices in Tokyo, Japan, Taipei, Taiwan and has a wholly-owned subsidiary, GTX –Europe, Ltd. located in Basingstoke, England. GTX Corporation sells its products through a network of authorized distributors and resellers throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East and Africa. The Company also licenses its technology to third-party CAD vendors for integration and sale under their own private label.

Dr. Marvin T. Ling, President & CEO, founded the company in 1984, to bridge the gap between paper engineering drawings and electronic format (CAD) and to solve the time-consuming problems of storing, retrieving and editing paper drawings. The business expanded to also provide digital imaging solutions allowing users to have an automated cleanup and editing process.
